Course Objective:

To introduce students to:-

  • The concerns that impact a firm's choice of strategy, scope, and organization, and to offer tools and concepts that allow students to critically examine the creation of corporate advantage.
  • The trends in corporate diversifications; dynamics of multi-business operations and the challenges facing the corporate strategists in creating value in multi-market operations.
